Abstract. This study integrates the Memory Project, developed within the scope of the PCLA research group activities, with the objective of critically inventorying the knowledge produced by the Latin American School of Communication. In this stage, we propose a rescue of the memory with the mapping and analysis of the folk-communicative manifestations that has aroused the interest of the researchers. For this, we analyze the productions made available in the Revista Internacional de Folkcomunicação. We choose a transmethodological perspective to observe the authors of reference and the methodologies used in these articles, as well as the possible changes and evolutions in the scopes of the researches carried out by the Folk group in the contemporaneity.
