Resumo.
RESUMO: Este artigo corresponde a uma pesquisa cujo objetivo consiste em apontar o modo como Jean-Paul Sartre analisa o aspecto da intersubjetividade. Nesta perspectiva, é possível observar um grande esforço para verificar o sentido negativo com o qual tal temática fora abordada e, em contrapartida, ressaltar a possibilidade de se escapar deste problema. Deste modo, apoiando- se na peculiaridade humana de transcender o mundo através da consciência, verifica-se que a liberdade possui um duplo sentido que propicia a vivência da alteridade e, ao mesmo tempo, serve de instrumento para que as relações humanas não se resumam a um aspecto de conflito. Em consequência disto, há uma abordagem que permite avaliar o ser humano como uma modalidade existencial que, mesmo em meio às dificuldades, exerce autenticamente sua liberdade a partir de uma situação.

ABSTRACT: This article corresponds to a research whose aim consists of pointing the way how Jean-Paul Sartre analyses the aspect of intersubjectivity. In this perspective, it is possible to observe a great effort to verify the negative meaning that such issue had been approached and, on the other hand, highlight the possibility to solve this matter. Thus, having support on the human peculiarity of transcending the world through the consciousness, it is verified that freedom has a double meaning which allows the experience of alterity and, at the same time, can be used as an instrument so that human relations are not summarised to an aspect of conflict. In consequence to this, there is an approach that enables us to describe the human being as an existential modality that, even amid difficulties, can live his / her freedom authentically in view of a situation.
