Resumo.
Searching for new organic source for Hiboukitake (Pleurotus sajor–caju) cultivation led to the development of a new cultivation, based on solid-state fermentation process, with uses Isabel grape marc from winery and juice industry. In this context, was analyzed the conditions were set in a way that the light influence over spawn and cultivation bags. The experiments was conducted submitting the spawn and cultivation bag to light exposition and light, privation resulting in four different combinations of light and darkness resulting in four treatments. The experiments showed a relevant biological yield for the cultivation bags under darkness and the spawn subjected to light exposure. Cultivation under light exposition fructified prematurely by a yield decrease and incomplete substrate colonization. The work has proven the Isabel Grape marc mushroom cultivation viability allied to industrial remains reutilization only taking in consideration light conditions measures.
