Resumo. The interview with writer and director André Luis Queiróz, professor Dr. of the Fluminense Federal University, was held in May 2018 in Ponta Grossa / PR, on the occasion of the premiere of the movie Araguaya, Present !, screened by the extension project Tela Alternative from Ponta Grossa State University. The professor proposes a reflection on the need for decolonization of knowledge and addresses the challenge of making independent productions and rethinking the role of the University in times of crisis.
