Resumo. Review of the first volume of the Folkcommunication and Rural Communication Collection, entitled “Roberto Benjamin: research, wanderings and legacy” (EDUEPB, 2017), by organizers Guilherme Moreira Fernandes, Luiz Custódio da Silva, José Fernando Souza e Silva, Júnia Martins, Maria José Oliveira and José Marques de Melo, it is a true homage and exhibition about the professional life trajectory of the great master from Pernambuco, journalist, researcher and folklorist Roberto Emerson Câmara Benjamin.
