Resumo. This paper aims at demonstrating how oral lore, as an element incorporating people culture, can be disseminated in school in order to redeem specific values within school environment, based in one of the principles of folk media that stresses the need for knowledge to be communicated in a pedagogical way. In such a way that school environment is one of the more dynamics means to disseminate popular culture and stimulate moral values that are socially acceptable to come back.
